The Story Behind Boots 'N Beads Boutique

Boots N Beads Boutique began the way so many meaningful things do—around family, creativity, and a shared dream.

What started as an idea between a mother and daughter years ago has grown into a small online boutique and a pop-up market favorite, built on our love for western style, handcrafted details, and the memories that inspired it all. Together, we specialize in western accessories, with a large portion of our jewelry lovingly handmade by us.

Much of what we create and curate is inspired by time spent learning and crafting with our grandmother and mother—an incredibly influential woman who made jewelry herself and filled every room with warmth. Her smile, laughter, and positive energy were truly infectious. Even today, we often come across pieces that instantly remind us of her—items we know she would have loved—and they serve as a beautiful reminder of how far this dream has come.

Alongside our handmade pieces, we carefully select western accessories and decor from makers and brands we truly believe in. Every item is chosen with intention—quality, character, and that unmistakable western charm always come first. If it doesn’t feel like something we’d wear, gift, or proudly display ourselves, it doesn’t make it into the shop.

As our boutique has grown, so has our vision. We recently introduced a western cabin decor collection featuring woodsy home goods and decor—pieces designed to bring cozy, rustic warmth into your home and celebrate western style beyond accessories.

Family means everything to us, and that’s at the heart of Boots N Beads Boutique. We want every customer to feel welcomed, valued, and truly at home while shopping with us. Quality products and excellent customer service are always our top priorities.

Return Policy

🤎 While we don't accept returns, we encourage you to reach out to us with any questions or concerns! We want you to love our product as much as we do!

🤎For any damaged items, the receiver will be responsible for filing the insurance claim.

🤎If an exception is made and we accept a return, only a store credit will be given. No refunds will be made. Item must be returned in original packaging. 

🤎No refunds will be made on original shipping. 

Shipping & Handling

Processing Time

Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Carriers & Rates

We ship using UPS, USPS, and FedEx, selected at our discretion.

  • Weight-based shipping is calculated at checkout

Any delivery dates or times shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


Local Pickup

FREE local pickup is available in Casa Grande, AZ.
Simply choose the local pickup option at checkout. You’ll receive instructions once your order is ready.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 5 hours of placing the order.
After this window, orders are processed and can no longer be canceled.


Shipping Responsibility & Insurance

Once an order has shipped, it is outside of our control.

  • Orders shipped First Class do not include insurance

  • If you would like your package insured, please select Priority Shipping at checkout

We strongly recommend choosing Priority Shipping if insurance coverage is important to you.


Delivery Delays, Lost, or Stolen Packages

While we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we’re always happy to assist you in trying to locate your shipment.

If your package has not arrived within 5 days of the expected delivery window, please contact us immediately. Unfortunately, we are unable to assist with locating packages that were delivered weeks or months prior.


Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address, and refunds or replacements will not be offered in these cases. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs to resend the order.
